Creating an Email Signature

This tech tip explains how to create an email signature.

1) Login to your email  
 
2) Click OPTIONS in the upper right-hand corner


3) Select SETTINGS
4) Type your signature in the box.  You can use the formatting toolbar to change the font style, size or color.

5)  Make sure there is a check mark next to “Automatically include my signature on messages I send”

6) Click Save
