I am beginning my 21st year in teaching.  I am a born and raised in Ashland and am proud to be teaching in this wonderful school district!  I have three wonderful kids, Sam (14), Sarah (12) and Molly (8), and a wonderful wife, Cathy Hicks, who teaches Spanish here at AMS!

I am beginning my 21st year in education.  I have three children, Sam (13), Sarah (11), and Molly (8).  Sam and Sarah attend Ashland Middle School and Molly attends Oakview Elementary.  I am married to Cathy Hicks, who teaches Spanish at Ashland Middle School.  I graduated from the University of Kentucky with my bachelors degree, Morehead State University with my masters degree, and the University of the Cumberlands with my Rank 1. 

I am also the Athletic Director at Ashland Middle School.  I love my job and I love the students at AMS!
