Electronic NTI Packet Pickup

In addition to our drive-thru service being offered on Monday, March 30th from 8 am - 3 pm, and Tuesday, March 31st from 8 am - 6 pm, NTI and Itinerant packets for days 11-20 can be "picked-up" electronically and printed at home.

 

 

All School Grounds are Closed

Effective immediately all school grounds of the Ashland Independent Schools are closed to the public due to COVID-19 concerns.

 

 

Food Service Delivery - Update

The Ashland Independent School District Food Service Department will be providing meals during Non-Traditional Instructional Days (NTI). Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost to children and teens 18 years and under.  Meals will continue through Friday, April 3, 2020. We will NOT be serving meals during the week of Spring Break April 6th – 10th, 2020.  However, we will resume meal service on April 13th – April 17th at each school and mobile site. Meals will be available at the Ashland Exceptional Early Childhood Center, each elementary school, Ashland Middle School, and Ashland Blazer High School. We will utilize a “drive-through” system where parents can drive up and receive one meal per child.  The child must be present in the car in order to receive a meal.

Board Approved 2019-20 Calendar

On Monday evening, March 23rd, the Board of Education approved the the revised 19-20 Calendar. The last day for students will be May 20th.

Information for Families with Students with an IEP

KDE’s Office of Special Education and Early Learning (OSEEL) has issued a letter to parents/families of students with IEPs.  This information is posted on Kentucky’s parent-training information center and the KDE website.
