Each year students receive an enrollment packet for parents to complete prior to the start of school. The forms are required by state law/district procedure and must be updated each year. If you would like to save time and complete the forms electronically prior to the start of school, all of our documents are now accessible online.
To access forms visit the Enrollment link from the left menu. The entire set of forms must be completed for each child in your family (except for the household income form) and brought to the school. Elementary enrollment forms are due the first day of school. Secondary enrollment forms are due at time of schedule pickup.
Forms can be downloaded and printed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (https://get.adobe.com/reader/). Google Chrome is the preferred and easiest browser for this task.
