The Ashland Independent School District Food Service Department is excited about the 2019- 2020 school year!  We have adjusted all school menus to include tastier versions of entrees and added new items while still staying within the United State Department of Agriculture’s nutritional guidelines.  All schools will be providing taste testing opportunities throughout the year requesting student feedback as we continuously work to improve the quality and nutritional level of meals and a’ la-carte items.

All Ashland schools will be participating in the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program.  As part of this program, ALL Ashland schools will offer healthy meals every school day at NO COST to the students due to the implementation of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for school year 2019-2020.  Students will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a household application.  Due to our participation in CEP, ALL students will receive ONE FREE breakfast and ONE FREE lunch at no charge each day.  Parents may still deposit money on their child’s meal account which will allow students to purchase an additional meal, entrée, side, milk, and/or a’ la-carte item(s) at the prices listed below.  Please note Ashland Independent School District Board policy (07.1) does not allow student or adult charges.
